Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 22 June 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the MyCheapTrip website and to travel enquiries, quotes, bookings, payments, and services arranged through MyCheapTrip. By using our website, contacting us, requesting a quote, or making a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Please read these terms carefully before making a booking. Travel arrangements may also be subject to the terms and conditions of airlines, hotels, tour operators, transport providers, visa providers, payment providers, and other third-party suppliers.

1. About MyCheapTrip

“MyCheapTrip”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refers to MyCheapTrip, located at 372 Alum Rock Rd, Alum Rock, Birmingham B8 3DB, United Kingdom.

2. Our Role

MyCheapTrip may act as a travel agent, booking agent, intermediary, or package organiser depending on the type of travel service you book. We may arrange flights, hotels, holidays, transport, Umrah packages, Hajj packages, visa support, or other travel-related services through third-party suppliers.

Where we act as an agent, your contract for the relevant travel service is usually with the supplier, such as the airline, hotel, tour operator, transport provider, or service provider. Their own booking terms, fare rules, cancellation rules, baggage rules, refund rules, and service conditions may apply.

3. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, submit false information, interfere with website security, or use the website in a way that may damage MyCheapTrip or any third party.

We may update, suspend, restrict, or remove any part of the website at any time without notice.

4. Quotes and Availability

All prices, fares, packages, offers, and availability shown or quoted are subject to change until confirmed and paid for. Travel prices can change quickly due to airline availability, hotel availability, exchange rates, supplier changes, taxes, airport charges, seasonal demand, and other factors outside our control.

A quote does not guarantee availability or price unless we have confirmed the booking and received the required payment.

5. Making a Booking

When you request a booking, you must provide accurate and complete information for all passengers. This includes names exactly as shown on passports or official travel documents, dates of birth, contact details, travel dates, passport information, visa information, and any other details required for the booking.

A booking is only confirmed when we or the relevant supplier issue a booking confirmation, ticket, voucher, invoice, receipt, or written confirmation. Until confirmation is issued, your booking may remain subject to availability and supplier approval.

6. Passenger Names and Travel Details

It is your responsibility to check that all passenger names, dates, routes, travel dates, flight times, baggage details, hotel details, and other booking information are correct. Passenger names must match passports or valid travel documents.

Name corrections, spelling changes, route changes, date changes, or passenger changes may not be allowed by the supplier. Where changes are possible, supplier charges and our administration fees may apply.

7. Payments, Deposits, and Balance Payments

You must pay the required deposit, part payment, full payment, or balance by the deadline provided at the time of booking. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation, price changes, loss of deposit, or loss of booking.

Payments may be made using approved payment methods offered by MyCheapTrip. Some payment methods may be handled by third-party payment providers, banks, finance providers, or buy-now-pay-later providers. Their own terms may apply.

Deposits, instalments, booking fees, service charges, supplier charges, and administration fees may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

8. Pricing, Taxes, and Charges

Prices may include or exclude taxes, airport charges, baggage, seat selection, meals, transfers, resort fees, city taxes, visa fees, insurance, or other extras depending on the specific booking. You should check your quote, invoice, and booking confirmation carefully.

Some charges may be payable locally at the destination, such as hotel deposits, tourism taxes, resort fees, city taxes, cleaning fees, or local government charges. These are usually outside our control.

9. Flight Tickets and Airline Rules

Flight bookings are subject to airline fare rules and conditions. Many low-cost, promotional, discounted, or special fares are non-refundable, non-changeable, or subject to strict conditions.

Airline rules may cover baggage allowance, check-in times, seat selection, missed flights, no-shows, cancellations, refunds, schedule changes, and passenger conduct. You are responsible for checking and following the airline’s rules.

10. Changes Requested by You

If you wish to change your booking after confirmation, you must contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to supplier approval, availability, fare rules, hotel rules, package rules, and payment of any applicable charges.

We cannot guarantee that changes will be possible. Where changes are allowed, you may need to pay supplier charges, fare differences, tax differences, and our administration fees.

11. Cancellations Requested by You

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation charges will depend on the supplier rules, fare rules, package terms, and how close the cancellation is to the travel date.

Some bookings may be fully non-refundable from the time of confirmation. Refunds, where available, may take time to process and may be subject to supplier approval, deductions, cancellation charges, payment provider charges, and administration fees.

12. Changes or Cancellations by Suppliers

Airlines, hotels, tour operators, transport providers, and other suppliers may make changes to timings, routes, aircraft, accommodation, facilities, itineraries, or services. These changes may be caused by operational reasons, weather, safety issues, strikes, government action, overbooking, technical issues, or other circumstances.

Where a supplier changes or cancels your booking, we will assist you in line with the supplier’s rules and applicable law. Your options may include accepting the change, requesting an alternative, or requesting a refund where available.

13. Refunds

Refunds are subject to supplier approval and the terms of your booking. We cannot guarantee a refund unless the supplier confirms that a refund is available or unless applicable law requires it.

Refund processing times can vary depending on airlines, hotels, tour operators, banks, payment providers, and other suppliers. Any approved refund may be returned to the original payment method where possible.

14. Passports, Visas, and Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to ensure that you and all passengers have valid passports, visas, residence permits, health documents, vaccination records, transit visas, and any other documents required for your journey.

Passport validity, visa rules, entry requirements, transit rules, and health requirements can vary by destination and passenger nationality. We recommend checking official government, embassy, airline, and destination guidance before travel.

MyCheapTrip is not responsible if you are refused boarding, entry, transit, or travel due to incorrect, incomplete, expired, or missing documents.

15. Health, Medical, and Special Assistance

You must tell us before booking if any passenger has reduced mobility, medical conditions, pregnancy, dietary requirements, accessibility needs, or special assistance requests.

We will pass reasonable requests to the relevant supplier, but we cannot guarantee that all requests will be accepted or fulfilled unless confirmed in writing by the supplier.

16. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all passengers arrange suitable travel insurance before travelling. Travel insurance may help cover cancellation, illness, medical emergencies, baggage loss, delays, missed departures, personal liability, and other unexpected events.

It is your responsibility to make sure your insurance policy is suitable for your destination, activities, medical needs, and booking type.

17. Baggage and Personal Belongings

Baggage allowance, baggage fees, cabin baggage rules, sports equipment rules, and excess baggage charges are set by airlines or transport providers. You should check your allowance before travel.

MyCheapTrip is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, or stolen baggage or personal items. Claims should usually be made directly to the airline, transport provider, hotel, insurer, or relevant authority.

18. Accommodation

Hotel ratings, room types, facilities, meals, check-in times, check-out times, deposits, taxes, and local charges are controlled by the accommodation provider or local authorities.

Images, descriptions, and facilities may change from time to time. We will aim to provide accurate information, but we are not responsible for changes made by hotels or suppliers after booking.

19. Umrah, Hajj, and Religious Travel Packages

Umrah, Hajj, and religious travel packages may be subject to special rules, visa requirements, ministry approvals, airline schedules, hotel availability, transport arrangements, group movement, and local authority requirements.

You are responsible for providing accurate passenger details and documents by the required deadlines. Delays in providing documents may affect visa processing, package confirmation, or travel arrangements.

20. Financial Protection and ATOL

Some flight-inclusive package bookings may be financially protected where applicable. If your booking is ATOL protected, you should receive an ATOL Certificate showing what is protected, who is protecting it, and what to do if there is a problem.

Not all travel services are ATOL protected. Flight-only bookings, accommodation-only bookings, supplier-only bookings, or certain separate travel arrangements may not have the same financial protection. Please check your booking confirmation and any certificate provided.

21. Complaints

If you experience a problem during your trip, you should report it immediately to the supplier, hotel, airline, local representative, or service provider so they have the opportunity to resolve it.

If the issue is not resolved, please contact MyCheapTrip as soon as possible with your booking reference, full details of the issue, supporting evidence, photos, receipts, and any communication with the supplier.

Complaints made after travel should be submitted in writing within a reasonable time after your return so we can investigate with the relevant supplier.

22. Our Liability

Our liability depends on the type of booking and our role in arranging it. Where we act only as an agent for a third-party supplier, we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, failures, delays, cancellations, or service standards of that supplier.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any rights you have under applicable law.

23. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control. This may include extreme weather, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, strikes, airport disruption, air traffic control issues, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government restrictions, border closures, supplier failure, technical issues, or safety concerns.

24. Website Information

We aim to keep website information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all prices, availability, descriptions, images, offers, or travel information will always be complete, current, or error-free.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change offers, or withdraw content without notice.

25. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website or making a booking, you agree that we may process your information for enquiries, bookings, payments, customer support, supplier communication, and legal or regulatory purposes.

26. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, suppliers, airlines, hotels, payment providers, or travel partners. We are not responsible for the content, security, policies, or practices of third-party websites.

27. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the latest version.

28. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
